SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol

SITHFAB021Nationally recognised training

The certificate you must hold to sell or serve alcohol in Queensland. One face-to-face day covers the law, the practical judgement (recognising intoxication, refusing service without escalating, IDs and minors) and the responsibilities that sit with everyone from the glassie to the licensee.

There are no online modules and no pre-reading. You turn up, train, complete the assessment and leave qualified.
