The form you need, without the hunt. If you're not sure which one applies, call 07 4098 1228 first. It usually saves a resubmission.
Enrolling
- Enrolment form: complete this once you've confirmed your course and (if applicable) funding eligibility with us.
- Expression of interest: for when you're not ready to enrol but want a place in an upcoming course or an on-demand session (RSA, barista, food safety).
Recognition
- Credit transfer / RPL application: apply to have existing units or experience recognised. New students also complete an enrolment form. How RPL works →
During your course
- General forms: leave request, change of address, refund application, feedback, complaints and appeals.
- Photography and media consent: how we ask permission before your photo or story appears anywhere.
- Authority to share information: nominate someone we may speak to about your enrolment.
Refund applications are assessed under the fees and refunds policy; complaints follow the complaints and appeals process.
