SITHFAB025 Prepare and serve espresso coffee

SITHFAB025Nationally recognised training

The barista course. A hands-on day on professional espresso equipment learning the drinks a café sells (espresso, flat white, cappuccino, latte) and the craft behind them: dialling in a grind, texturing milk, keeping the machine clean, and keeping the queue moving.

In a tourist region, cafés hire people who can hold the machine on a busy morning. This course is where that starts.
