The middle option: more than a CPR refresher, less than the full first aid certificate. HLTAID010 covers life-threatening emergencies (CPR and defibrillation, choking, severe bleeding, shock, anaphylaxis) without the full injury-management syllabus of HLTAID011.
It suits workplaces whose risk profile calls for emergency response capability but not a full first aider on every shift, and individuals renewing between full certificates.
What you receive
On successful completion, a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support, issued by National College of Skills (RTO 32474).
